Membership Dues

All residents/households in Morgan Park are required to pay an annual membership dues of thirty (30.00) dollars annually. Membership dues are used to support the activities (Annual picnic, Halloween Trunk or Treat, MPIA Memorial Garden, Legal Counsel, Fall and Spring Cleanup, etc.) of the Association and to assist with maintaining the "quiet enjoyment" of the Park.

Dues are thirty-dollars ($30.00) due on January 1st of the new year and may be paid in advance. Make Checks payable to the Morgan Park Improvement Association, Inc. Yours dues may be given to your Block Captains or mailed to: PO Box 3639, Baltimore, Maryland 21214.
